MONROE — The event to raise scholarship dollars in memory of Monroe High School graduate Mark Mueller that had been scheduled for Feb. 7 will now take place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Feb. 21 at Twining Park. The event had been postponed due to extreme cold.

Participants of all ages can compete. There will be raffle prizes and competition winners based on age groups.
