The Monticello Chamber of Commerce held three ribbon cutting events at Total Look. Victoria Boley, Tangled Up With Victoria LLC, Theresa Scott, Hairapy with Tree LLC, and Maria Harvey, MH Hair Infinity are now independent chairs in the Total Look building in Monticello.
