MONROE - Chelsea Vogel, member of the Hiawatha 4-H club in Monroe, and daughter of Roger and Lori Vogel, has been selected to attend the National 4-H Conference in Washington, D.C. between March 29 and April 3, 2008. Chelsea was one of five youth chosen from a statewide pool to represent the University of Wisconsin Extension 4-H Youth Development at this annual event. The delegation members are: Teresa Dietenberger, Washington County; Kayla Oberstadt, Waupaca County; Steve Rebhahn, Vernon County; Roxanne G. Reisem, Rock County; and Chelsea Vogel, Green County.
