Monroe United Methodist to host blood drive

MONROE - There will be a blood drive from 11:15 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. March 26 at the United Methodist Church, 2227 4th St.

By donating blood, individuals can make a difference in the lives in their community and throughout the nation.

To make an appointment or to learn more, download the American Red Cross Blood Donor App, visit redcrossblood.org or call 1-800-RED CROSS or 1-800-733-2767.

Completion of a RapidPass online health history questionnaire found at redcrossblood.org/rapidpass is encouraged to help speed up the donation process. A blood donor card or driver's license or two other forms of identification are required at check-in. Donors must be 17 years old or older in most states or 16 with parental consent where allowed by state law.
