MONROE - In conjunction with the upcoming clean up days, the City of Monroe Street Department,1064 5th Avenue, will be open from 7 a.m to noon on Saturday, April 19, to accept tires only from Monroe residents. The cost for disposal will be:
• $1.25 for car and small truck tires
• $3 for larger truck tires
• $6 for tractor tires
The tires must be free of debris, water, and rimless. Tires may be paid for at the time of drop-off.
