MONROE - Any movie-goer who enjoys seeing quality foreign films won't want to miss Turner Hall of Monroe's "Swiss Movie Night," scheduled for 7 p.m. Friday, March 28 in Turner Hall's Grand Hall. This second event of the 2008 Swiss Heritage Series will feature the showing of the award-winning 2006 Swiss film titled "Vitus", directed by well-known filmmaker, Fredi M. Murer.
While the film is suitable for all ages, it is primarily in Swiss-German and English subtitles require reading ability. Although there is no admission fee, free-will donations will be accepted. Movie popcorn and beverages will also be available.
