There are a few openings left to register for the Clinic. Contact the Monroe Parks and Recreation Department for information and registration forms for parents to fill out for interested youth 7 years of age or older to participate in this free clinic.

The skateboard clinic will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday, June 22, at Honey Creek Skate Park. A competition skate team from Alumni Boardshop of Middleton will be working with some of the more experienced MASE members giving skateboard lessons to the participants.

The public is welcome to come to Honey Creek Skatepark at 4 p.m. to see the new equipment and demonstrations of skating ability.

The skate park will be closed beginning Monday, June 16, to install two new pieces of skatepark equipment. This spring, Monroe Park and Rec purchased two of the four pieces of equipment for Phase II of the skatepark. MASE is continuing to raise money for the final two pieces of equipment to finish Phase II of Honey Creek Skatepark.
