MONROE - Bill McGuire and Steve Konopacki, president and vice president of Senior Resources Group Inc., were recently acknowledged by Shurwest Financial Group of Scottsdale, Ariz. for their work with senior clients. They attended a summit sponsored by the Shurwest Group, which formed the Annexus Group in 2004 when they teamed up with the Genesis Group of Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
McGuire and Konopacki visited with Richard Kado, vice president of Genesis Group, on the evening before the summit. They found Kado to be very down to earth and insightful as to what the needs are for retired people or people planning for retirement.
"As certified senior advisors Steve and I are always looking for the best products in the country that offer the highest potential for growth without a down side risk for our clients," McGuire said.
Kado was voted Senior Market Advisor's architect of the year for the development of his patented Balance Plus Annuity, a highbred of the index annuity. BPA was voted number one as Best Value for Senior's Company with the Most Promise for Growth and Best Product for Growth.
