MONROE - Green Rock Audubon Society will host a program on attracting bluebirds at 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 16, in the downstairs meeting room of the Monroe Public Library.

Harvey Hartwig and Paul Barrett will share their experience of creating the right conditions for the birds and the kind and placement of housing. There will be three houses to give away. The public is welcome to attend.
