MONROE - The 2008 grant deadline for The Monroe Fund, a component of the Community Foundation of Southern Wisconsin, Inc., is approaching. Projects that serve the greater Monroe area are eligible. Requests from individuals are not eligible.
The Monroe Fund looks for projects or programs that propose practical solutions to current community needs in the areas of the arts, education, the environment, historic preservation, and health and human services.
All applications must be postmarked or submitted no later than April 15.
To apply, obtain an application online (www.cfsw.org) and click on the Monroe Fund page, complete the application, print, sign and send with one additional copy.
