MONROE - The Benjamin Harrison Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution will start its fall season with a meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 1, at the Swiss Alps Restaurant. The group will gather at noon for lunch, followed by the program at 1 p.m. presented by Regent LuAnn Bowen and Vice Regent Christie Strait. The program will honor Constitution Week, Sept. 17-23 (the 222nd anniversary of the U.S. Constitution). The business meeting will follow the program.
