"Many people who are diagnosed with diabetes are confused about what to eat and believe in a lot of myths that make them feel very restricted in their food choices," said AnnMarie Dawson, dietitian at Monroe Clinic. "I want to help clear up some of the confusion and give people a chance to get their questions answered."
Topics covered are meal and snack ideas, tips for making healthy choices and recipe makeovers.
