DARLINGTON - The Monthly Manna Mobile Food Pantry is hosted by Holy Rosary Catholic Church, from 2 to 3 p.m. every third Friday of the month.

There are no qualifications to see the pantry; the food is free to whoever needs it. Recipients are asked to bring their own containers to take their food home in.

More people are using the pantry, which now serves close to 125 families per month. Sponsors Catholic Charities and Second Harvest have been adding new pantries in neighboring areas, due to the increasing needs.

During the months of March through November, the mobile food pantry is held at Holy Rosary Church's parking lot, 104 E Harriet St. During the winter months of December, January and February, and in cases of inclement weather, the food pantry is held indoors at the American Legion Building at 1400 Keep St., Darlington.
