MHS plans blood drive for March 10

MONROE - The Key Club and Student Senate of Monroe High School are sponsoring an American Red Cross blood drive from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesday, March 10, in the new gymnasium. The theme is "Make It Someone's Lucky Day."

There is a competition between grades (seniors and freshman vs. juniors and sophomores) on who can bring in the most donations.

Donors can bring: toothpaste, soap, tooth brushes and other necessities.

Donors must be at least 17 years old or 16 with parental consent and must weigh at least 110 pounds.
