MCCONNELL, Ill. - McConnell United Methodist Church will hold special services for Holy Week and Easter.
A Parade of the Palms will be observed during the Palm Sunday service at 10:30 a.m. Sunday.
In remembrance of Holy Thursday, the short film "Christ in the Passover" will be shown at 6 p.m. April 13 at the church. Attendees can reflect on the Last Supper around a table while hearing devotions of Jesus' last meal.
An Easter worship service will be held at 8:30 a.m. April 16, followed by a community breakfast at 9:30 a.m.
All services are open to the public.
