MONROE — The Green County Master Gardeners welcome garden enthusiasts to join in on Saturday, June 22 for their Flower Buying Bus Trip. Seats are available on a first come, first served basis. 

The daylong event includes round trip transportation on a coach bus leaving from the Shopko-Monroe parking lot, 425 W 8th Street, at 8 a.m. heading to three Lake Geneva greenhouses: Busy B’s Greenhouse, Northwind Perennial Farm and Pesche’s Greenhouse, Florals, and Gifts. The bus will return to Monroe at approximately 5:30 p.m. that day. 

The trip is open to the public and it is not required to be a master gardener to participate. Registrations and fees are due by June 17.
