MONROE - 2008 marks the first year that Monroe Area Rebels Soccer will host the Brat Stand on the square during Cheese Days. MARS selected Hoesly's Meats of New Glarus to produce two kinds of brats for sale during the festival weekend: pork and the mushroom and Swiss brat. The Cheese Days brat stand will be staffed by players and parents, who expect to sell more than 3,000 brats during the week-end.
