Many area students make UW-Madison dean's list

MADISON - The University of Wisconsin-Madison has recognized students named to the dean's list for the spring semester of the 2008-2009 academic year. To be eligible for the dean's list, students must complete a minimum of 12 graded degree credits in that semester. Schools or colleges typically require students to rank in the top 10 percent of their class or achieve a grade point average of 3.75 or higher in order to receive this honor.
