Caleb Burger, age 7, Juda, and Terry Richardson, GFWC Monroe Woman’s Club member and master gardener, plant flowers on the south side of the square.

The Annual planting of the 45 flower pots took place on Monroe’s Square recently. The volunteer event is in partnership with GFWC Monroe Woman’s Club and Main Street Monroe. Juda 4-H Club also provided volunteers. The pots are going to be maintained by downtown shop owners and GFWC Monroe Woman’s Club volunteers this season.
