MONROE — A-1 Electric, Inc. has merged with Mahlkuch Electric, effective April 5. Jeff Mahlkuch has assumed the role of A-1 Manager and brings two additional electricians to the current A-1 team.

“We are very excited to announce an agreement with Jeff to merge his staff and business with A-1 Electric,” said Steve Jacobson, CEO, CFO, PDC and A-1 Electric. “The synergy created will be positive for both our teams and we intend to continue providing the highest level of customer service for their clients and ours.” 

“Mahlkuch Electric was at a point where we could not grow anymore, the next step wasn’t in reach with the resources we had. My guys deserved more than I could give them as far as benefits and retirement. We have had an excellent relationship with A-1/PDC for over 20 years and decided it would be a good fit,” said Jeff Mahlkuch, owner of Mahlkuch Electric. “This will give A-1 more manpower, new avenues, and allow for A-1 to have the capabilities to continue to take care of all your electrical needs.”
