Eight Green County 4-H youth competed in the state 4-H Dog Quiz Bowl in August in Madison. This is the second year Green County 4-H has competed. Two teams consisting of four members each competed. The competition requires that youth learn all aspects of canine facts including health, training, reproduction, breed information and other related dog information. Youth compete against other county youth answering a series of questions to earn the team points. The youth started practicing for the event in December.
