Local students place at KC Diocesan Knowledge Contest

MIDDLETON - The Knights of Columbus Diocesan Knowledge Contest was held Saturday, March 7, in Middleton.

Caitlynn Kamps, a student at Northside School, placed second in grade five math. She is the daughter of Tracey and Rick Kamps.

Mark Jenson, a student at the Monroe Middle School, placed second in grade seven math. He is the son of Ramona and Todd Jenson.

The first and second place winners from each of the five diocese in Wisconsin are eligible to advance.

Both Caitlynn Kamps and Mark Jenson will advance to the state level contest in Wisconsin Rapids on March 22.
