MADISON - The Department of Theatre and Drama at the University of Wisconsin-Madison awarded spring scholarships and prizes in May to 33 undergraduate and graduate students.
Darby L. Fitzsimons received the Charline M. Wackman Scholarship, which is awarded to undergraduate or graduate students from Wisconsin with significant participation in speech and drama, good academic standing and performance and production activities.
The awards, which will apply to the 2015-16 academic year, were granted on the basis of extracurricular participation in theater and drama activities as well as academic merit and financial need.
