ST. PAUL, MINN. - Rebecca E. Hutchinson, Monroe, was presented as a candidate for a juris doctor degree from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minn., at the law school's commencement ceremony Sunday, May 17. Hutchinson was one of 287 Mitchell graduates.
