MONROE — New President of Sons of Norway in Monroe, Brad Goplen, chaired his first board meeting March 12. 

Goplen is an Electrical Technician at Faith Engineering and has been a member of Sons of Norway for 16 years. 

“I’m looking forward to celebrating our 30th anniversary of Sons of Norway in Monroe and promoting the heritage and culture of Norway,” Goplen said. “I plan to represent Monroe at our six-state convention in August. It will be a good year.”
