ALBANY - The Albany Historical Society will hold its next meeting at 7 p.m. today at the Albany Historical Museum, 119 N. Water St. After a short meeting, Dennis Dulling, a life member, will present a program titled "Secrets Under the Ice." Dulling has spent many winters in the Antarctic area working with a crew that drills under the ice into the lake below. His group is the only group ever to have drilled under the ice.
