MONROE - Rose Bruegger Lenzi, Monroe, recently celebrated her 100th birthday with relatives and friends at a party at Pleasant Nursing Home.
Lenzi was born July 22, 1909.
Lenzi received a certificate of achievement from the United States Railroad Retirement Board. Lenzi's husband, Albert, worked for the railroad for many years before he retired.
Lenzi has four children; Robert (Carol) Bruegger of Windsor; Stanley (Jackie) Bruegger, Lena, Ill.; William (Cathy) Bruegger, Mt. Horeb; and Natalie (Jack) Smith) Lake Ashton, Fla. One son, Herman Bruegger Jr. is deceased.
She also has 13 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and 14 great-great-grandchildren.
