SOUTH WAYNE - Barry Larson, son of Denny and Debbie Larson, South Wayne, has been promoted to professional engineer at Jenkins Survey and Design of Madison.

Larson is a graduate of Black Hawk High School and the University of Wisconsin-Platteville School of Engineering. He and his wife, Jen Kilian, are parents of twins, and live in Madison.
