Proudly known as Memorial Hospital of Lafayette County, since 1952, the hospital and primary care clinic is being rebranded as Lafayette Hospital + Clinics, emphasizing its commitment to community-focused care with expanded services and a fresh new location.

We invite the community to celebrate with us at the Open House event on Wednesday, April 2nd, from 3-6pm at our new location on the corner of Hwy 23 and County K, Darlington.

This new facility is built with the community in mind, providing high-quality care, modern technology, and a welcoming environment for all. Lafayette Hospital + Clinics will continue to honor the trusted tradition of Memorial Hospital of Lafayette County, offering the same great providers and dedicated staff, but now with even more comprehensive services in one convenient location.

“We invite you to this open house before we officially open our doors. We are moving the weekend of April 11-13th. We will begin seeing patients at the new location on April 14th.  Our Emergency Department and inpatients will be transitioned on Sunday, April 13th, this transition will allow us to continue to care for all patients without a disruption in services needed,” stated Carlee Segebrecht, Chief Operating Officer.
