DARLINGTON — Ladies Leadership of Southwest Wisconsin will host a regional Ladies Leadership Lunch on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at 11 a.m. at the Driver Opera House in Darlington. The February event will focus on Community Resources and marks the relaunch of Ladies Leadership of Southwest Wisconsin’s quarterly networking series.

Ladies Leadership of Southwest Wisconsin exists to empower and connect women in business across Grant, Lafayette, Iowa, and Green Counties. Through quarterly gatherings, the organization brings together female entrepreneurs, professionals, and their support networks to build meaningful connections, exchange ideas, and gain practical insights that support both personal and professional growth.

The February luncheon will provide attendees with an opportunity to network with women leaders from across the region, learn more about local and regional community resources, and leave with actionable ideas that can be applied immediately within their businesses and organizations. Each quarterly event will be hosted in one of the participating Southwest Wisconsin counties, reinforcing a regional approach to leadership development and collaboration.

The cost to attend is $20 per person, which includes lunch. Registration is required, and space is limited.
