Tom and Peggy Klemm, Monroe, recently celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary.
Klemm and the former Peggy Whitaker were married Nov. 21, 1970 at St. Victor's Church, Monroe.
They have three daughters: Kerri Howarth, Monroe; Kelli Klemm, Monroe; and Kristi Klemm, Chicago. They have seven grandchildren, three step-grandchildren and one step-great-granddaughter.
They celebrated with a weekend in Dubuque, and will also celebrate in January with a trip to the Dominican Republic.
