Tom and Peggy Klemm, Monroe, recently celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary.Klemm and the former Peggy Whitaker were married Nov. 21, 1970 at St. Victor's Church, Monroe. They have three daughters: Kerri Howarth, Monroe; Kelli Klemm, Monroe; and Kristi Klemm, Chicago. They have seven grandchildren, three step-grandchildren and one step-great-granddaughter.
