Keoughs named VIPs for FFA involvement

ARGYLE - The 2014 V.I.P. Award was presented to Bob and Anna Keough, Argyle, members of the Argyle FFA Alumni, Wisconsin FFA Alumni Association and the National FFA Alumni.

The V.I.P. Award is presented to a select few since its inception as a state recognition program. The award is presented for a lifetime of support, dedication and leadership - all benefiting the FFA, FFA Alumni and/or the FFA Foundation.

Bob Keough served 17 years on the Wisconsin FFA Alumni State Council, as Section IV representative and state president. He is currently treasurer for the Argyle FFA Alumni, has been a member for 21 years and has been president. He received the Distinguished Service Award from the National FFA in 2000, Honorary State FFA Degree in 1996 and Wisconsin FFA Alumni Association Outstanding Achievement Award 2003.

Anna Keough served four years on the State Council, and has been a member of Argyle for 21 years. They became Life Members of Argyle FFA Alumni, Wisconsin FFA Alumni and the National FFA Alumni in 1993.

In 1983, the couple received "Outstanding Service to the Future Farmers of America" as parents of a State FFA Officer.
