MONROE - Keller Planners/Architects/Builders, a general contractor, will build an addition onto the existing assisted living facility for Rachel's Choice LLC, 316 3rd Ave., under the direction of Keller project manager Doug Sutter.

Construction has begun and is expected to be completed by April.
