MADISON — Through the first half of 2021, existing home sales rose 8.4% relative to that same period last year, and median prices were up 11.9% over that same period to $235,000 on continued tight inventory. The South-Central region grew by an average of 7.0%.  

Green County median price decreased by 0.3% to $226,000 with sales also decreasing by 26.4%.

Lafayette County sales decreased by 27.8% with median price increasing by 16.1% to $175,000.
