JANESVILLE - Blackhawk Technical College has announced the President's Honors List for the fall semester of 2016. Students must earn a 3.5 GPA while carrying nine or more credits to earn the designation. The following students were awarded this honor: Albany: Chase Stiklestad, electric power distribution and Tanya Wurtzbacher, business management.
