Paul Bell, son of Bobbie and Bill Bell, Monroe, was honored by the School of Education at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. Bell received a $1,000 Rodger Wood Memorial Scholarship. The senior is majoring in natural science with a minor in biology. A supervisor and tutor at UWSP's Homework Center, he has also volunteered with Habitat for Humanity. Bell is a graduate of Monroe High School.
