ALBANY - The Albany Historical Society will begin 2017 with its first general meeting program at 7 p.m. Jan. 17 in the museum, 119 N. Water St., Albany.
The program is "Show and Tell and Pizza." "Show and Tell" is an audience participation event: Anyone who has an interesting or unusual object and would like to share it or have it identified, may bring it to show. One does not have to bring an item to attend.
Bobanna's on North Water Street in Albany has offered to provide pizzas for the evening free for all guests. The meetings are open to the public.
