Norberto and Breanna Santiago, Brodhead, are parents of a daughter, Raya Elizabeth Santiago, born Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2008 in the Monroe Clinic. Raya has three sisters, Desirae, 5, Abigail, 3 and Serena, 1. Grandparents are Deanna Shultz, Brodhead; Don Collins, Juda; Agustin and Hermelinda Santiago Castellanos, Veracruz, Mexico. Great-grandparents are Ray and Deborah Wendlandt, Brodhead, and JoAnn Anderson, Brodhead.
