Matthew and Vicki Rowan, Layton, Utah, are parents of a daughter, Skylar Marion Rowan, born Monday, April 13, 2009. Skylar weighs 5 pounds, 12 ounces and is 19 1/2 inches long. She has two sisters, Cora, 5 and Raelynn, 2. Grandparents are Lynn Rowan, Albuquerque, New Mexico; Dennis Rowan, Chippewa Falls; Laura Frontz, South Wayne; and Stephen Frontz, Bowling Green, Kentucky.
