Shanon and Heather Liphart, Monroe, are parents of a daughter, Rebekah Joyce, born Monday, Sept. 8, 2008 in the Monroe Clinic. Rebekah has two sisters, Jessika, 6, and Vanessa, 2. Grandparents are Henry and Susan Henning, Brodhead; Annie and Pat Vernia, Rockford, Ill.; and Dion Liphart, Janesville. Great-grandparents are Joyce Norder, Woodford, and Anita Liphart, Necedah.
