Joshua and Nichole Hocking, Shullsburg, are parents of a son, Maddox Timothy Hocking, born Thursday, Oct. 15, 2009 in the Memorial Hospital of Lafayette County, Darlington. Maddox weighs 11 pounds, 2 ounces and is 23 inches long. Maddox has two siblings, Madalyn Scott, 10 and Reid Scott, 7. Grandparents are Cathy Curran and Tim and Robin Hocking, all of Shullsburg. Great-grandparents are Bill and Rolita Miller, Platteville, the late Bill and Alberta Curran and the late William and Della Mae Hocking.
