MONROE - The Aging and Disability Resource Center is expanding its prevention programing to include a healthy eating workshop called Healthy Eating for Successful Living.
Healthy Eating for Successful Living is a program designed to help participants assess their current eating habits and then set small, realistic goals to improve their nutrition.
The Healthy Eating for Successful Living workshop is set for 1 to 3:30 p.m. Feb. 3 at the Behring Senior Center and then will meet consecutively for six weeks. Participation also includes a grocery store trip and tips on ordering a healthy meal at a restaurant. There is no cost to participate.
