MONROE — Green County Leaders is seeking motivated individuals who are interested in learning, self-discovery, community issues and networking. Those interested are encouraged to apply for the 2019-20 Green County Leaders class.
Green County Leaders is an education program designed to help build community leadership. Participants meet one day per month for 10 months. This is a networking opportunity, as participants connect with leaders throughout Green County. Programs focus on building community leadership skills and raising awareness of community issues, including local government, healthcare, economic development, education and more.
Application forms, along with more information about the program, are available online at www.greencountyleaders.com or at the Extension Green County office at 2841 6th Street, Monroe, WI 53566. Applications will be accepted from now until July 26. Scholarships are available to assist with tuition for qualifying participants.
