MONROE - The Monroe Public Library, 925 16th Ave., will present a gift-wrapping workshop, "Wrapping with Ruthie," at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 14.
Ruth Belke will show attendees how to wrap gifts with style. Belke will share ideas for creating personalized, extraordinary gift wrapping with a variety of materials.
The free workshop is open to the public. No registration is required.
