GCHS hosts afternoon of reminiscing Oct. 3

MONROE — The Green County Historical Society is hosting an afternoon of reminiscing from 1 to 4 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 3 at the Green County Historical Society Museum, 1617 9th St. There will be a presentation on Carl Marty and his paintings by Sherry Anderegg.

There will be time to share stories and photos and to enjoy the light refreshments provided. Come and see the museum’s new general store. Wheelchair valet service available. Call 608-921-1537 with questions.
