MONROE - The violin concert for Jaime Jorge on Friday, Dec. 13 has been relocated to the Performing Arts Center at the Monroe High School, 1600 26th St. in order to better accommodate people who may have difficulty climbing steps. The time remains the same at 7 p.m.
