Stephen and Mary Franken of Fountain Hills, Ariz., formerly of Minocqua, announce the engagement of their daughter Erin Kathleen to Daniel James Winn, son of Dr. James and Mary Winn of Monticello.
The bride-to-be is a 2002 graduate of Lakeland Union High School. She received her undergraduate degree in biology from University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in 2006 and her doctor of dental surgery degree in 2010 from Marquette University School of Dentistry in Milwaukee. She is currently enrolled in the pediatric dental residency program at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin in Milwaukee.
The groom-to-be is a 2000 graduate of Monticello High School. He received his undergraduate degree in biology from University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2004 and his doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2008 from Marquette University School of Dentistry in Milwaukee. He is a general dentist with Karas Dental Group in Elroy and Necedah.
An August 2011 wedding is planned in Minocqua.
