MONROE — Get creative, creepy or cute for a chance to win prizes and help improve access to dental care in the community: Fowler Dental Clinic invites the public to participate in its spook-tacular Photo Costume Contest, open until Oct. 31.

Participants can enter in one of the following categories: Individual (a single participant), Duo (2 participants) or Group (4 or more participants). There is a $25 entry fee for Individual submissions, a $50 entry fee for Duo submissions, and a $100 entry fee for Group submissions. Entry fees are waived for those that donated to Fowler Dental Clinic’s “Spook”easy Gala.

Entries will be uploaded to Fowler Dental Clinic’s Facebook page and scored using Facebook analytics. The more likes, reactions, and shares a photo receives, the higher score it will receive. Contest winners will be announced on Fowler Dental Clinic’s Facebook page Nov. 3. Prizes are awarded for winners in each category (including a zip lining tour, tubing passes and hockey tickets).

To enter the contest, visit fowlerclinic.org and click on the “Donate” tab to fill out a registration form and pay your entry fee. Then, email a photo submission to julia@fowlerclinic.org with one of the following subject lines: Individual Submission/Duo Submission/Group Submission.

All proceeds raised from the contest will support the overall operation of Fowler Dental Clinic, a non-profit dental clinic that provides basic oral health services to residents of Green and Lafayette counties that are on Wisconsin Medicaid or are uninsured.
