MONROE - A Family Financial Management/ Coach Training workshop will be held from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Friday, June 28 at the Green County Justice Center, 2841 6th St.
Registration is $15 and includes a training manual, and lunch is provided.
Those who attend will learn how to effectively help individuals and families under financial stress while learning:
• Budget/spending plans, including emergency
• Debt and credit, rebuilding bad credit
• Counseling and coaching techniques
• Economic supports and referrals
• Attention to special audiences: domestic violence, parole/jail, AODA
Co-teaching the session will be Deb Neubauer, Dane County Family Living Agent and Director of the Dane County Financial Education Center, as well as Bridget Mouchon, Green County Family Living Agent.
