FREEPORT - FHN has expanded its popular Create Your Weight program and is offering a discount on the program to prior participants and to current participants in the FHN Get Fit! program.
The Create Your Weight program focuses on nutrition education with physical activity and the role of behavior therapy in weight reduction and management.
Classes begin March 8 at FHN Memorial Hospital.
The cost is $125 for those who pre-register by March 1; $175 for those registering after March 1.
Past Create Your Weight participants and current FHN Get Fit! participants pay just $100. Enrollment for this personalized program is limited to the first 15 people who register.
